Staff are trained to use digital tools to upload daily data on facility quality and use to SHRI’s public dashboard, which guides real-time management and performance analysis. This model underpins SHRI’s successes—like 96% uptime and 2.5 million uses in 2025—which wouldn’t be possible without a professional team dedicated to high-quality sanitation services.
