The SHRI team brings together expertise in sanitation operations, engineering, public health, and government systems to deliver and advocate for high-quality shared sanitation services.
 
With more than 100 full-time staff—nearly all based in the communities where SHRI operates—the team has deep, firsthand understanding of local needs and realities, helping ensure services remain responsive, practical, and grounded in the communities SHRI serves.
